Planning a wedding usually means a spreadsheet for the guests and a lot of phoning the venue. We built our own system so it doesn't work like that here. Book with us and you get one page that holds the lot, plus a website for your guests.
Your page
You sign in with a link we email you. No app to download and no password to forget, and both of you can have one.
It shows what you owe and when it's due. Pay by card when we send you a payment link, or pay by EFT and upload the proof so we can match it.
Decided on the champagne tower after all? Add it from the extras and your quote updates in front of you. More guests work the same way. In the last month before the wedding, changes come to us first so the kitchen can plan properly.
Your guests
Paste your whole guest list in one go. Put households together and they RSVP together.
As answers come in you see who's coming, who still has to answer and who has dietary needs. You get one email a day with the new RSVPs, not one for every guest.
Family staying in the rondavels? Put their names in each room and we email them a link to fill in their arrival time before they get here.
Your website
Every couple gets a wedding website at seidmanor.co.za/love/your-names. Pick one of three looks, add your photos and say what you want to say.
We put in the address and the map, so you're not explaining the road up the mountain to every aunt. Guests find their name and RSVP from their phone, and the answer lands in your guest list.
It stays up until a month after the wedding.
Your plan
Tell us your colours and your music, and which suppliers you're bringing. Build the run sheet with us, hour by hour. Three weeks before the day we lock it, so everyone works from the same page.
Questions come to us in one thread instead of getting lost in email, and every payment, change and answer shows up in your updates.

Does it cost extra?
No. It comes with every wedding booked at Seid Manor, website included.
Do our guests need to sign up for anything?
No. They open your link, find their name and answer.
Can we keep the website after the wedding?
It stays up for a month after your wedding. If you want it longer, ask us.
Who can see our guest list?
The two of you and our wedding team. Guests type their own name to RSVP, and your website is kept out of search engines.
